Taking into account the strong buzz surrounding the recent ECW One Night Stand PPV, many would have been lead to believe that it would outdraw WWE Vengeance.

Despite such high expectations, Vengeance still managed to outdraw One Night Stand, although not by a particularly large margin. Early returns have Vengeance at around 330,000 buys, whilst One Night Stand reportedly did around 280,000 buys.

If the proverbial bar had not been set so high for the ECW PPV, it would have been very impressive that ECW were able to come so close to Vengeance's buy rate.
