Tons of pyro go off for this is the first show. Then General Manager Theodore Long makes his way to the ring with a briefcase. Not one fan sat down yet. What an exciting night it’s gonna be.
Theodore Long- Welcome players to Smackdown; the number one brand in sports Entertainment today. What a night we have for you. TWO, not one, but two championship matches. In addition, the debut of Stone Cold’s 3:16 Stunner. Nevertheless, let’s get on with the show. I present to you here in this briefcase, the Smackdown championships; the Cruiserweight, United States and the World Heavyweight. The Cruiserweight belt will be on the line first in a triple threat ladder match. So I introduce you, the Smackdown fans, to Rey Mysterio, Scotty 2 (h) and Eddie Guerrero. Holla, Holla holla.
Match 1- Triple Threat Ladder match for the Cruiserweight championship.
Rey , Eddie and Scotty make their way to the ring, all looking their best and ready to be crowned champ. The match begins out with Rey and Eddie double teaming Scotty. They throw Scotty out of the ring and while Rey has his back turned, Eddie throws him out also. Scotty and Rey find each other and brawl on the outside of the ring. Taking advantage, Eddie helos himself over the top and onto the men awaiting on the outside. Eddie chants begin to fill the arena as Eddie gets up and grabs the ladder. Scotty is still down but Rey finds strength to drop kick Eddie into the ladder, and his head gets stuck in the steps. Rey goes to the top rope to do a diving leg drop, but Scotty hits Rey in the back with a steel chair, Rey falls and Eddie escapes. Scotty puts the ladder in the ring while Eddie sets up a table on the outside. Scotty scurries up the ladder and is 2 feet away when Eddie comes up the other side. Punches are exchanged but Scotty gets the upper hand and pushes Eddie off. Scotty climbs up a little more and has one hand on the belt when Rey springboards off the rope and hurricanas Scotty from the top of the ladder onto the outside through the table. Rey falls outside the ring also and lands hard. “Holy $h!t” chants the crowd. Eddie, while playing possum the whole time climbs the ladder and grabs the belt, making him the new Cruiserweight champion.
Match 2- JBL vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin for the #1 spot in the United States championship match.
Stone Cold enters but is attacked by JBL from behind. JBL continues to attack Steve Austin on the outside of the ring. He gets thrown on the barrier and into the steps. Finally JBL puts Steve in the ring and waits for him to get up, setting him up for the Clothesline from hell. JBL runs and Stone cold ducks, he kicks and goes for the stunner. JBL shoves him and then nails him with the clothesline. 1...2...3, and the easy win
Match 3- Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho for the #2 spot in the United States championship match.
Jericho begins by suddenly applying the Walls of Jericho on Orton. Randy quickly reverses it and gives Chris a dropkick that sends him wheeling to the outside. Orton follows him and keeps attacking him with kicks to the head. Orton jumps on the ring apron and jumps at Jericho when he gets up. But the attack failed as Chris kicks Randy and he falls down. Chris Jericho gets back in the ring and runs to give a baseball slide, but Orton evades it. They get back in the ring and Orton whips Jericho into the turnbuckle. He runs to clothesline him but Jericho switches places with the ref and the ref gets knocked out. As Orton turns around, Jericho hits him with the inzurgi. With no referee, Jericho goes and gets a chair from the outside. Without noticing, Randy puts on brass knuckles that he brought. Randy begins to get up, Chris raises the chair for the shot, but Orton hits him in the family jewls with the knucks. The chair drops and Randy RKO’s Jericho onto the chair. The referee wakes up and counts the 1.2.3.
This sets up next week’s main event of JBL vs. Randy Orton in a United States championship match. And general manager Theodore Long has now made it a Hardcore match.
Match 4- Batista vs. Kurt Angle for the World Heavyweight Championship.
Kurt Angle gets the usual “you suck” from the crowd as Batista get the greatest ovation of the night. Batista begins things out by overpowering Angle and taking an early lead. He throws Angle from turnbuckle to turnbuckle and gives him hard elbows. Seizing the opportunity, Batista sets up Kurt for the power bomb early to finish the match, but Kurt reverses it and hands Batista an Angle Slam. 1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..and the two find a way back up. Angle uses his speed to his advantage and tires Batista out. Now was the perfect time to apply submissions. Kurt slaps on the sleep hold while Batista is down on the ground. He begins to fade as the ref counts. 1...nothing, 2...nothing, 3...and Batista raises his arm and begins to get up. Kurt hangs on as Batista lifts him in the air. Batista grabs Angle’s head and flips him over but Kurt grabs his ankle and trips him. With the Angle Lock applied, Batista tries to reach the ropes. 2 feet, one foot so close, but Kurt pulls him back to the middle. And in a desperation move, Batista tries to roll out but Kurt latches on tightly giving Batista no option, but to tap out. Kurt Grabs his new belt, but before his can celebrate, Stone Cold’s music goes off and comes down the rattlesnake.

The two men face off as an official give them microphones.
Kurt- lets get this over with. I’ve had enough tonight and just want to go celebrate.
Austin- What? You too afraid to talk to the rattle snake? (crowd answers back- What?) You want to go home? GO, leave….
Angle- Good, I’m outta here.
Austin- What? You actually believed me, ha. Don’t you know who’s show you’re on? Stone Cold
Steve Austin’s show that’s who. Now listen up baldie, I will give you 3 minutes and 16 seconds to try and not upset me. If you can, I’ll let you go, But If you can’t, then I’ll have something to give you. Now begin.
Angle- Look Steve, this is all bull, it’s just as lame as your match earlier.
Steve- WHAT? Wrong answer.
Stone Cold hands Angle his prize, a champion sized Stone Cold Stunner.
The Crowd goes wild as Steve drinks and celebrates. He pours it all over Angle’s body and celebrates to the crowd who are all on their feet. What a first show.
