If anyone didn't already know, Randy Orton has been suspended for a minimum of 60 days "unprofessional conduct on the road." WWE played out the suspension by having Kurt Angle rip him apart and continually use the ankle lock to make it seem as though Randy had broken his ankle. Having Kurt beat him this week and Rey last week, it means all of Randy's enemies/angles/storylines have been tied up. Randy won't be returning after 60 days, only when his attitude has matured.
Yeah....ok....you keep telling yourself that. This suspension is not only 60 days, it's an indefinate suspension with a minimum of 60 days. So that means WWE could keep him on the shelf until his contract runs up. When you piss of veterns like HHH and the Undertaker, people who have a big influence on storylines, you don't get very far. Wonder why Orton was pushed in the fall of '04 and how he didn't win the Royal Rumble? Say the wrong things to Vince and he'll make your life hell. Batista's glory of 2005 was sappose to be Randy Orton. Instead, he got squashed by the Undertaker all year long. The only reason he hasn't been fired is because too many WWE superstars have jumped ship to TNA. Thats fine with me but when you have a cocky, arrogent piece of **** like Orton, you keep him off TV and away from the competitor for as long as you can. He's got about a year left on his contract. I wouldn't expect to see him any time soon.
If i know anything, he'll be back. What about eugene? He was supposidly gonna get fired, but he got put back on the show. Maybe not raw, but at least heat. So its a matter of time until orton returns.
No. It won't. When you piss of the peole who are in charge of making your character's story.....no. They'll keep him sidelined till his contracts up so he can't go to Japan or TNA.
well i want to know how long his contract is for? As soon as its up he'll jump to tna for sure i would think if they actually didn't resign him. So then the wwe loses out on yet another great superstar.
What are you watching on tv? Because it's apparently not the same orton i'm watching. He's pretty good in the ring and I think he's awesome on the mic.
i dont care what you say you're not going to change my mind about randy. especially not after i spent 75 dollars on one of those picture things to hang in my room next to my shawn michaels one...
Its nice that you have an HBK one, but you wasted 75 dollars.....and i'll never stop telling you how much i hate Orton. its a burning passion. so this can go on for years. lets just call a truce. yes?
"The reaction to the suspension of Randy Orton appears to be positive among management and wrestlers in WWE. Triple H for one was said to be very supportive of the decision. He among others like to have a real professional, mature feel backstage and despite numerous fines, Orton wasn’t going along with the program. The incident which occurred during WrestleMania week, and that no one goes on record to talk about, was said to be the straw that broke the Camel’s back. It finally hit management that Orton will not change for no one.
For those wondering, Orton is not being sent to drug treatment, nor is there a belief that is something he necessarily needs."
